Shipping Info

By finalizing your payment and submitting an order on the Ampere website, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

Orders are processed, packed and shipped from either our distribution centers in Tennessee or Shenzhen.

If an order is placed for a presale item or a back-ordered item, your entire order will be shipped when the item is back in stock. We will notify you via email when your order is on the way.  

US Shipping 

 

Packages shipping to the continental United States are sent from our Tennessee warehouse. Orders that are shipped from Tennessee are typically packed within 1-2 business days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. However, during the peak holiday season or during Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packed and processed.

In the US, packages usually arrive 2-5 business after they are shipped, but occasionally can take longer — especially during Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. The average shipping time in the continental United States is 4 business days, but may take up to 5-10 days during Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

We do offer express 2-day shipping in the US and packages usually arrive within 2 business days once shipped. Please note that this does not include the packing and processing time.  

If an item you have selected is not in our Tennessee warehouse, it will be shipped from our Shenzhen warehouse. Please note, we cannot control processing delays in customs or additional delivery time to locations outside of metro areas. Once your order arrives in the US, most shipments are sent through UPS Ground. The carrier always depends on the size of your order and your location.

International Shipping 

 

We ship to almost every country and international shipments are sent from our warehouses in Shenzhen. Orders that are shipped from Shenzhen are typically packed within 1-2 business days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your shipment arrives in your country, it will be handed off to your local mail carrier.

Canada Shipping
In Canada, packages usually arrive 5-8 business days after they are shipped, but occasionally can take longer. The average shipping time in Canada is 7 business days. Please note, we cannot control processing delays in customs or additional delivery time to locations outside of metro areas.

EU and UK Shipping
Packages shipping to the UK and most European countries usually arrive 4-13 business after they are shipped, but occasionally can take longer. The average shipping time to the UK and most northern European countries is 7 business days. Please note, we cannot control processing delays in customs or additional delivery time to locations outside of metro areas.

Australia and New Zealand Shipping
Packages shipping to Australia and New Zealand countries usually arrive 3-14 business after they are shipped, but occasionally can take longer. The average shipping time to Australia and New Zealand is 5 business days. Please note, we cannot control processing delays in customs or additional delivery time to locations outside of metro areas.

Asia Shipping
Packages shipping to Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, China, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia) usually arrive 1-15 business after they are shipped, but occasionally can take longer. The average shipping time to Asia is 5 business days. Please note, we cannot control processing delays in customs or additional delivery time to locations outside of metro areas.

For other countries not listed above, it may take 7-20 business days and sometimes take as long as 3-6 weeks — it all depends on your country, region and your order placed. Unfortunately, we can't give a more defined timeframe for you, due to the complicated nature of international shipping. 

Order Tracking 

 

Once your Ampere order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on the progress of your order.

 

Issues with Order Tracking

If you lost your tracking number or didn’t receive one, please email hello@amperetech.co and one of our team members can help. Please allow us 24 hours to respond.

If you have your tracking information but want more information about your package in transit, please be aware that our team will only have the same tracking information that you have. Please also be aware that it can take 2-4 business days before your tracking number will show an update.

To resolve any issues with your in-transit package, please first try to contact the carrier directly. But of course, our team is always here if you need a sounding board.

International Customs Fees and Duties

 

Some countries apply customs fees, taxes and other additional costs on shipments received from Shenzhen or Hong Kong. These fees associated with your purchase are the responsibility of you, the customer. Unfortunately, these are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee. Ampere is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.  We do not offer refunds for these costs.

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. If an order is refused by a customer due to customs fees, the parcel will be held for two weeks and then be abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time. Ampere is not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order. 

Additional Information

 

Our delivery times may change depending on the time of the year (e.g. Black Friday sales), holiday periods, weekends and severe weather (e.g. heavy snow in some cities).  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

Ampere does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.

All our prices are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders.
